Why You Should Join
It's Fun!. Simply put the club members like each other and get together often to socialize. Whether it is the monthly meeting, our bocce league, the Golf Outing, the dinner dance, the Columbus Day parade or a variety of other club events members enjoy the many friendships they have formed.
We Support the Local Community. The Solon Italian Club is involved in the community in a variety of ways including the annual Easter Egg Hunt which the Club has supported for 35 years. The purpose of the Solon Italian Club Foundation is to provide financial support to graduating seniors of Italian descent who plan on attending a two or four year university or vocational school on a full time basis.
We Support the Larger Italian-American Community. The Club is a supporter of the Italian American Cultural Foundation. It supports and contributes a monthly article to La Gazetta. The Club marches in the Columbus Day parade in Little Italy and regularly works/plays with other Italian clubs in the area.
